So I am going to be going over to Israel in 2-3 weeks. I want to get my skin into shape. I have been breaking out from the stress of school as well as from a food allergy that I have yet to figure out. Anyway suggestion of what I can do besides wash my face twice a day with a cleanser? I want to look hot when I step off the plane and not have to worry with an awful blemish ;)

Hi! I'm a really big fan of exfoliating - you should exfoliate at least a couple times a week, depending on your skin type of course. When you're removing all those dead skin cells your skin will get a glowy look to it, and it'll be soo much smoother. A good moisturizer is also essential so your face doesn't create more oil than is necessary/ get dry. If you do this, and also eat healthily, drink at least 8 glasses of water each day and be careful not to touch/pick at your face you should be all set!
