I am going to a anniversary dinner with my boyfriend in a month or so. Its a "smart casual" dress code at the restaurant I am going to. Do you think some black skinny jeans with a silky tank and a blazer and heels would be nice enough? I am just really not a dress girl hardly at all. Plus it is going to be super cold. Any other ideas on what I can wear as well?

Generally, "smart casual" = no denim. If you're not into dresses (or skirts), maybe look for a pair of black straight-legged trousers instead?

depending on how long the top is, /maybe/ you could pull off wearing black leggings if you're not into trousers.
