I'm on a strict college student budget, but I want to know. What's the best drugstore brand pigments? I want some new colors 'cause I'm almost out. :P I'm meaning to do a big haul soon. I've been saving up! For a camera, for christmas, and for this. So guys, drugstore pigments? What's your pick?

The Hard Candy one's. In my experience they apply the best wet and don't clump up like the Loreal ones tend to.

Thanks guys! Which Hard Candy ones did you buy? And which shades are your favorites? I was thinking of buying the loreal ones, but you changed my mind. :D

I forgot the name of them, but I think it's along the lines of "Powder Keg". The green one was my personal favorite, I believe its called Krytonite.

Hmm, they only have one at my walmart. They have Spark. I really wanted groupie, it's so pretty! Kryptonite would also be fun to mess around with. Not a good color for class though, lol.
