When I do makeup on my friends who have fair skin I like to make their eyes pop! I use colors that compliment their eye color. When it come cheeks,(blush) choose a color thats not too bright. My friend who has fair skin wore blush that was too bright and she looked like a clown. (bronzer) ...u already know this but dont choose one thats too dark. For your lips just choose a color that will look good with your eye makeup. Oh, and since your skin is fair PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM THE SUN! Fair skin has a higher chance of skin damage when not protected correctly. Hope this helps <3

Black hair really brings out blue eyes, so use lots of ocean-y colours, and peach/coral colours on your cheeks and lips. I have blue eyes and very pale skin, and I miss my black hair :( try vibrant colours like turquoise, ocean blue, yellow and purple, but watch out for neons, they can be a hit or miss depending on how you wear them. But there's no harm in trying, experiment a bit and see what you like!

You have no idea how much I love helping people like you! Anyway, off topic. I would suggest since you have pale skin, to try using sunscreen most of the time and a bronzer when you want. Don't add too much bronzer, otherwise your skin will look odd against the color of your hair. Use light to medium colors on your lips to avoid looking too 'dark' if you have more dramatic use of eyeshadow that particular day. Use colors that you love and compliment you and have fun! ♥

Whenever I get bored with my look, I go back to the basics. Experiment with eyeliner all over again and then go in the direction that it takes you. If you start to wear it smudgy more often, start opting for a smoky eye. If you wear it clean and winged more often, try experimenting with different lip colours. I find that the subtle changes are the most satisfying, when it comes to makeup.
This season gives you the chance to start using darker, bolder colours. I just went all out and bought three lovely lipsticks from MAC: Amorous, Paramount and Rebel. And I'm pleased to say I love them!
