I read some reviews about PURE VIRGIN COCONUT OIL helping ease the pain the itch and the eczema itself... I took my happy ass to Vitamin Shoppe and purchased a bottle i used it last night i don't see much of a change but I'm going to give it a trial of a week... HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS METHOD BEFORE? if so what are your thoughts, concerns, suggestion.

Yes it does actualy :) a friend of my suffered from eczema a while back. I did a lot of research to help her out and found out that coconut oil helps treat eczema. Since coconut oil is rich in natural oils, it helps moisturize the skin. Ive been told that coconut oil natrualy fights bacteria too :) another thing u can use is oatmeal. My friend told me she also used oatmeal to get rid of her eczema. She said she took baths in it and rubbed it on her trouble spots. i hope this helps you out!
