Hey Beauties...

I'm looking at palettes from BH Cosmetics and Coastal Scents. Who would you all say has the best quality, pigment, staying power, etc?

They're actually the same palettes. Maybe some colors are different and the prices, but it's all from the same manufacturer.

I actually ordered a small 6 pan palette from BH to try out cause everything was 50% off : ) but the other already made palettes are the same.
