So I was thinking, inspired by someone elses topic about other accomplisments, what is something that you love that no one would expect you to like or love because you are "girly"? I mean just because we love makeup, that does not mean we are all so girly right???
So let's say what things we love that make others think we are weird.
I love animes, which most people make fun of me for :( I love to play video games...Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts are at the top of my list which I guess can be considered girly, but I love Call of Duty multiplayer as well :)
I could probably go on, but those two things are at the top of my list.
I am just curious because I love finding people that have the same interests as me that aren't guys :P

My only sibling is my older brother, so my sense of humor is pretty much like a teenage boy's. I love all things Nintendo! One of my favorite TV shows of all time is Star Trek, I grew up watching Next Generation and Voyager, I like all of the versions of it except the original. I also love rodents, I personally don't know any other girly girls that do.

Uh oh! lol I'm a huge computer/video game nerd I've been playing World of Warcraft for 5 or 6 years and I run my own guild in the game too. I've also been doing beta testing on the weekends for the new Star Wars game that's coming out, it's pretty good so far! I'm also a big fan of Buffy the vampire slayer.... Cheesy I know lol but I love it!

Not a lot of people know this about me, besides my close friends...I play a lot of online RPGs, but I personally love first person shooters like COD, Ghost Recon, Counter Strike, Battlefield, and Crisis. This isn't part of the topic but I don't like Twilight (ahh dont hate me please!), I prefer Harry Potter lol, I watch anime, but that's typical for asians lol. Besides all that, I have to admit that I'm very girly. But hey, every girl has to have a "boyish" side right? :)

@Meidy I do love Twilight, but Harry Potter is way better! Like I cannot get through any of the movies without crying a little. and the books are beyond amazing!
@KayNicole I actually do like rodents myself :) My husband won't have any of it but I tell you when we have kids and they ask for a hamster or rat or whatever, it is on! It will secretly be for me hehehehe
@Ashley pshh...BUFFY?! Hello! love it! I have never played WoW but I was never able to get into PC games because we had like the slowest computer ever when I was younger. and now...I cannot get away from the PS3. I cannot handle too many obsessions at once haha

@Smashley no shame no shame. I just watching Breaking Dawn again on Sunday and since the hubby was out of town I had a Twilight marathon by myself Monday. It was delicious.

I need that game girls. I heard it got 10 out of 10. Like that hardly happens.
KH3...if only!!! I am so sick of all these other "mini" games coming out for the handheld systems. Cough it up already Square Enix! Let's write an angry letter to them :]

Anime is my not-so-guilty pleasure. :') And I'm such a huge Kingdom Hearts fan it's unreal. One thing that never leaves my handbag is my Nintendo DS. My boyfriend laughs at me because I carry around games like Pokemon and Professor Layton.
Another thing that people find weird is that I don't have many girl friends. I'd rather go to the pub with the lads than hang out with the girls, simply because I find that guys are so much less stressful and so much simpler in general! On that note, I do have quite a boyish sense of humour that isn't exactly appropriate for society. And I'll leave it at that. :')

The only think I can think of is my movie taste...I really don't like romantic movies (...The Notebook *cringe*). I love thrillers and horror movies and action! =p That probably goes for books too.

I love when girls break the stereotypical 'girl' mold and do things like play video games! I personally have only played a couple and none really religiously, but I grew up watching more boy-typical cartoons growing up because I grew up with boy cousins. I think it makes us unique and more rounded :)

@ Smashley Gorefiend - Alliance side - toon name is Saaleene - Human Warlock yeah I agree it was way too easy and so annoying when people drop during the fight for no reason! We casually raid and did the 10m DS on Tuesday it was pretty simple got stuck on the Zon'ozz fight tho because some of the people I raid with are a wee bit slow ;) What do you play!?

I own thousands of dollars worth of Star Wars collectibles. Including a $120 lightsaber. Yep. I've dedicated a large portion of my life to studying the story past Star Wars EP VI. I enjoy Star Wars greatly. Oh, & I live for Sci-Fi action films in general. :)
I guess I could count playing video games too, but that's not really out of the norm anymore.
