This is just really getting annoying, I exfoliate and use oil free lotion all the time, but I can't seem to get rid of the dry skin and black heads everywhere...when I say everywhere I mean everywhere like beyond my face. PLEASE HELP!!

When it comes to external skin problems its always best to start healing your skin from the inside out. Do you eat a regular healthy diet and drink water? My guess is yes, so if that's not working what's on the contents of your exfoliation and lotion bottles? If there are any sort of alcohol products in there (I trust Cetaphil 'Moisturizing lotion for all skin types' with my life) you should probably opt for something else, the less alcohol the better! As for the dry skin there are some reeeally great natural remedies like honey masks, extra virgin olive oil (SOOO moisturizing and you can put it directly on your face http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMjlKFj_PQY&feature=relmfu it's a lifesaver in many cases), and a lot of them you can find on Beautylish or through google.
About the blackheads I don't have much experience with handling them, you can always Beautylish search their talk forum and you'll find a ton of great advice(:
