I'm 54 and wanted to hide brown spots from tanning in my youth (DO NOT TAN ). I have tried every mineral makeup and liquid foundation known to man. I discovered Merle Norman mineral makeup. The problem with other foundations were they looked cakey when I tried to cover imperfections. The secret is to moisturize, apply a silicone primer letting each step dry and then apply the MN with a beauty blender. A beauty blender is a makeup sponge you wet and squeeze out the water. The coverage is beautiful and I have had no other foundation even come close. After I apply a powder blush. Then blend with a HD ( silicone powder ) powder. The beauty blender is a specific sponge for applying foundation, a little expensive, but well worth it. I also have oily skin which has always been a problem Keeping foundation on. I usually have to wash my face after a few hours and reapply, but now my skin never gets oily and stays looking perfect. Make sure you use a HD powder. Make up forever has one but is expensive. You can buy it in bulk from coastalscents.com
