I recently had an allergic reaction to a face wash that caused the skin around my mouth to become really dry. I've tried my best to get rid of it, but it just won't go away. What are some products that can help this?

When ever I have an allergic reactions to a product or food (i have bad food allergies) one of the only things I can put on my skin without irritating it more is cetaphil moisturizing cream.
