I bought the Rimmel lasting finish foundation just before Christmas, and I hate it. I was so disappointed because it had really good reviews and everyone who wore it looked really good, but my skin would just drink it (and I've not got oily skin!) and as usual, it's not a good colour match.
I've been looking at some foundations and brought my list down to just 3. Please don't go on about Revlon Colourstay - It IS awesome, but way out of my price range and the fact that it doesn't have a pump annoys me, so I'm giving it a miss for now. My list is:
GOSH Xceptional Wear
Max factor Colour Adapt
Max Factor Lasting Performance
I have very pale, freckly skin with a lot of redness, so I want something that's at least medium coverage, and will not go orange if I want something more than a sheer, light coverage, which is what annoyed me about the Rimmel foundation. I have normal skin, but can be quite sensitive at times (if my skin doesn't like something, it will break out and get VERY red), I don't care about the finish of the foundation as long as it isn't too shiny, and I want something that my skin won't drink and won't clog pores.
I know, I'm fussy when it comes to foundations.
PLEASE help me guys! If you've tried any of these foundations, please let me know what it was like! There are hardly any reviews on these 3 foundations, especially for my skin type :(
