Hi! Ok I believe both of these are silicone free, however I couldn't find a definitive yes or no, but I figured you might like to check out what I found!
Dr. Hauschka: http://www.pharmaca.com/Dr-Hauschka-Translucent-Make-Up-04-1oz/522919/product
Ecco Bella: http://www.eccobella.com/cosmetics/cosmetics/flowercolor-natural-liquid-foundation?cPath=61_62
I have personally used the Ecco Bella one and I really like it, it's very creamy and blends quite nicely and gives good coverage. My only problem with it is that you really have to apply a setting powder, and I really don't like to unless I'm going to a special event. But I also have an oily t-zone and that doesn't help so if you have normal or dry skin, this should be perfect for you.
Let me know what you decide! =)
