What kind of the self tanners are the best fluid,spray or lotion?

I prefer spray tanners (when applied by someone else) but if you are looking for a good lotion - Jergens Natural Glow is good for a light glow. If you want to do a spray mist yourself, I like Neutrogena micro mist in Medium (have a friend touch up your backside)! Good luck!
