I've just explored the world of cheek products.... and I'm obsessed. Lately for school I will wear tinted moisturizer, blush, bronzer, highlighter, and mascara. that's it. I feel like with the cheek products there is enough attention drawn to my face that I don't need eyeliner or even eyeshadow at school, which are too harsh under those ugly fluorescent lights. the only problem is.. I only own 3 blushes, 1 bronzer, and 1 highlight.. and they are all in the form of a palette.. and I hate carrying that around. Could anyone recommend a trio under $20? I don't have loads of money to spend right now.. (sadly) =( just one thing. I like shimmery pink blushes, they look best on me. if anyone could help that would be great. thank you!!

E.L.F. Blush-Bronze Duo is very well-received among many bloggers, you might want to try that - http://www.eyeslipsface.com/studio/contouring_blush_and_bronzing_powder
I would suggest Nars, but that's out of your budget.

I looove my victoria's secret radiant face trios. They have shimmer and exactly what you are looking for :) I believe I paid $15 for mine but I would love to collect them all!

I'm for the E.L.F. Blush -contouring duo, it's very nice, especially the blush tone. My favorite is Essence's Sun Club All Over Shimmer for eyes, face & body, it has 6 different stripes of beautiful shades that you can use as blush, bronzer, highlighter and eyeshadow. There's one for lighter skin tones and another for darker ones and the price is unbelievable, less than 4€ so i guess over there would be no more than $6-7.
