I learned how to do these really fun polka dot nails.1. Start off with a base coat, then let it dry. 2. Paint your nails any color you would like. 3. Pick a color of polish that you would like your polka dots to be. Using a nail dotting tool, or any item such as a cotton swab, a tooth pick, or the back of a sewing pin. Gently stick the tool into the nail polish that you have picked, and dot it around your nail as many times that you want. Do those steps to each of your nails, and let them dry. After they have dried, make sure to apply a top coat. That is it! Show me pictures of you using this fun design. Tutorials to come.

didn't use any dotting tool. Because I used the brush inside the nail polish bottle so I got carelessly different sizes. lol
