The only thing I have in my purse at all times is lipgloss and blotting papers. If I'm out and wearing a lot more makeup the most I carry is eyelash glue and eyeliner for touchups. I used to even carry concealer but I guess I don't care as much anymore lol

I keep Nivea chapstick because it looks like a lip gloss on your lips but it also moisturizes. I also keep a small perfume and mascara. Those are all I really feel like I need to have throughout the day.

it sounds like a lot.. but when I do carry a purse it's because I'm out from early in the morning until very late at night.

Great topic! I love reading what others carry, gives me ideas.

I tend to carry a lot of stuff with me for work and grad school (notebooks, articles, portable drive, etc) so I can't carry too much makeup (or my shoulder would hate me!), so I recently got a small makeup bag and usually it contains the following:

1. Tarte LipSurgance lip tint
2. Josie Maran lip gloss (I'm a lip gloss/balm junkie, so I probably have at least three other lip items somewhere in my bag, but #1 and 2 are always with me)
3. Benefits Some Kind-a Gorgeous foundation faker in a teeny-tiny travel-sized pot. This stuff rules as it's buildable, blendable, and can double as foundation and concealer. Great on the go.
4. Eye brow pencil (usually CoverGirl) as I think nothing makes you look more put-together than nice brows.
5. Blotting sheets! I recently discovered these and adore having them around. I use Mai Couture.
6. Benefit's That Gal primer in a travel size. Never know when you'll need to freshen up your make up and smooth things over, right?
7. Some kind of travel-sized mascara. Currently I have Sephora's Full Action in my purse.
8. Perfume, as sometimes it's a nice way to freshen up after a long/busy/stinky day. I've gotten plenty of sample-sized perfumes, so I usually keep one of those around.
9. Last but not least, my hands get really dry and worn (I work in a lab and wear gloves all day) so I need a good moisturizer. My go-to is Body Shop's Almond Hand & Nail Butter. Love this stuff.

I'm terrible. I carry 99.99% of whatever I'm wearing with me in my purse. I never need it, but I'm one of those "just in case" kind of paranoid people. If I could fit a little battery powered hair straightener in there, you bet I'd have that, too. Luckily for me, I don't have the time to search for a good one.

The only time I don't have my arsenal of beauty with me is when I think I'll be too drunk to hold on to a purse. When that's the case, I'll have chapstick and a tasty lipgloss to keep my lips from getting chapped stuffed into my boyfriend's pocket.

I wish I could still carry small handbags, I dont even KNOW how to downsize anymore.
I have one case of stuff full of : tampons, I have 2 lipsticks auburn breeze and medieval, a lipstain(tarte for true blood), 4 roller ball perfumes(because i duno how i'm gonna feel at any given time), burt bees chapstick, eos chapstick, babylips in cherry, korres body butter basil lemon, and a pack of hair ties.

then loosely all over my bag I have more... nose spray, a victorias secret mini perfume in gorgeous and lotion,bath and body works into the wild travel size lotion and body spray,make up forever lab shine, 2 mac lipsticks cyndi and the faerie glen,tylenol,nauzene,tums,tissues, 4 try me sizes of tea packets from the republic of tea, and a thing of cvs coupons.

I have literally not even thought about what was in my purse till today and really gone through it but , in the evetnt i have dry lips and am worried that I don't smell good and have a runny nose I am so covered. lol

When I use my cross body coach bag I carry must haves...but when I carry my bog purse I carry my entire world! Lol this is what I carry in my coach purse:

*chapstick, rosebud salve, or aquafina lip balm
*revlon lip butters (tutti fruiti,peach parfait,raspberry pie)
