Best Drugstore Liner

I have oily eyelids, and to make it worse I have monolids. So the area that my skin folds is where I apply eyeliner, making more creasing action happen. I've tried some higher-end eyeliners that did not work, so I want to just try out some inexpensive stuff. What are your best drugstore eyeliners? Pencil, gel, liquid, whatever works for you. :)

sonia kashuck's gel liner is my absolute fave gel liner...its available at target for 9 bucks i think and its very comparable to macs fluidline with a better price point lol....

Milani Liquifeye is really good, and so is Inglot if you don't mind ordering online. :) Try using some primer under your eyeliner all the way up to your crease, that tends to prevent shifting and fading from my eyeliner :)
