My HG brow products are ELF's clear brow gel, ELF's Brow kit in medium and MAC's eyeshadow in Brun :)

I would also agree with Keyry and say ELF's eyebrow products. I actually use Maybelline's Define-a-Brow and it's like an all in one pencil for me. It comes with a grooming brush on one end and a nice, blendable pencil on the other.

I used to use Elf's brow kit, but I recently found a Maybelline eyeshadow that is the perfect brown for my eyebrows. Remember you can always use an eyeshadow:)

Anastasia is fabulous but not drug store. I carry their products in my kit.

However, in regards to inexpensive: Wet & Wild & NYC. They are like three bucks each and carry two tone brow powders and wax along with tweezers and applicatior.
