Any foundation that has as little SPF as possible (though, Chanel's foundations have SPF up to 15 and still photograph well). Including but not limited to...
Illamasqua Skin Base, MUFE HD, MUFE Mat Velvet+, MUFE Face and Body, MAC Face and Body, Face Atelier Ultra Foundation.

I use lorac natural performance foundation along with their wet/dry powder and it looks very natural...when I took pix with it on I loved it even more becuz my skin looks flawless!!
