I have very pale skin and medium green eyes. Any suggestions? My hairs usually blonde with purple but right now its half blonde half black like cruella deville with some pink here and there. I'm thinking some natural shades ?? Any and all tips/suggestions are appreciated

i think a very pretty blonde with a warm brown lowlights throughout your hair would be beautiful on you. the warmness of the browns will really brighten up your green eyes. :)
