I use Windows Movie Maker, but I'm looking for something better. I don't want anything too expensive, but just something where I can do voice over and kind of "narrate" if I wanted to. I have a PC, so Mac programs aren't an option.:/ Any suggestions would be great!:)

I use windows, but I love IMovie, here is a little trick I have started using...
I record my videos put them on a flash drive, then take it to my school where they have MACS and edit there granted Im in college so they are okay with it, but our local public library also have MACs which Ive edited on just make sure you save it to the flash drive and not on the computer.

I use Windows Live Movie Maker too.. I found it pretty easy, granted I haven't recorded a lot of videos yet (only 2) lol.. because I need to get a good video camera. I've been using my webcam and it's not cutting it at all. What kind of camera's do you guys use?
