I think Ouidad sells great products.
Check out Mixed Chicks at http://www.mixedchicks.net/
it can be a bit pricey but a lil goes a long way and works wonders for my daughter's hair.
All these products leave your hair soft soft soft and smell nice
I like Miss Jessies too because they are at Target and easier to get a hold off if you need something fast...

I use very sexy hair curling creme, and let my hair air dry. Works great for me!

If your hair is already pretty healthy i would try Frizz-Ease serum, this stuff is AMAZING!!! It will define your curls and not leave them crunchy.

I have extremely curly and frizzy hair, and a product that I find really helps is Noodle Head's curly hair cream. You can get it at Sally's, this is the link: http://www.sallybeauty.com/curl-cream/BTZ10,default,pd.html?cm_vc=SEARCH
It definitely has never made my hair crunchy. But what I do is put that in my hair and then secure it with hairspray so by the end of the day my hair doesn't go psycho yield-sign shaped frizzy lol.

Personally I felt that Beyond the Zone's Noodle Head curly hair cream was a little too sticky. It does work though, I just didn't like the sticky feeling left in my hands even after I washed them.
If you're looking for a styling cream that doesn't feel so sticky and helps maintain your curls for most of the day, try Ion curl styling creme. I've been using it for quite a while and I always get compliments on my hair since my curls look like cork screws, haha. All I do is apply some of this cream after I come out of the shower (I detangle my hair in the shower btw) and I'm done!
Also, both products smell super nice. That's always a plus.

I like Noodle head for doing twist outs on her hair. I have found that it is a little sticky but I think that's what helps hold the curl.
