My Clarsonic and dermalogicas daily microfoliant. My skin didn't start clearing up until I regularly used the clarsonic and my post acne hyperpigmentation didn't start fading until I used the microfoliant. I need to get more of it. Also Eminence's Blueberry Soy night cream and Borghese active mud mask have really been helpful for my skin.

Lush coalface & Ocean Salt. I never had terrible acne, I'd get the occasional one here and there. But I've been using Coalface for about 2 months now and it's great. Throughout those 2 months I have had ONE pimple. I can't rave about Lush`s face products enough. They've changed my face.

I guess this is technically more than one product, but mine is AcneFree's 3-step system. Been using it for years. I first tried it because it was like Proactive, only cheaper and available at drugstores. I used to have terrible acne, stuff that prescription medicine couldn't cure. Now my skin's beautiful; I rarely wear full foundation. It's funny because I never hear anyone talk about this stuff, but it sure works for me.

Honestly, my primary answer would be Accutane. It literally saved me from my depression, and while my skin is certainly not perfect afterwards (I've been off for over a year), it's dramatically improved. It saved me from tremendous depression and low self-esteem.
My other HG's would include my Clarisonic and my CeraVe moisturizers, both of which my derm recommended after I had finished my Accutane regimen. The Clarisonic requires no commentary from me; the CeraVe performs better than any moisturizer I have ever used, and I've used them all. It is quite simply a revelation.

PTR Glycolic 10% Moisturizer has dramatically lightened my post-acne scars (I'm very, very pale and so this is no easy task) an improved my tone and texture with little-to-no side effects.
