Hey, loves!
So I am a Makeup Artist and I do not have a online portfolio. (I have my work on facebook).
Anyhow, I was debating on whether or not I should open a BLOG or TUMBLR. I only want to post photos of my work. I do not want to write reviews or anything like such.
I feel like Tumblr may not be professional. Am I wrong? Please help if you have any insight!!! I will greatly appreciate it! <3
xoxo
Also, Add me on FB to check out my work ;-D

Hiya!
To be honest, I use Tumblr more for just pictures and things, from what I've seen your work will probably just get 're-blogged' etc.
I'd try starting a website of your own?

But yeah, I think your work would be better on a website, I'm sure there are sites where you can make them for free :)

It's not always about where you host your blog - or portfolio, but more of how you present your site (your content and layout). It would just have to be your preference on how you prefer to blog/post. Tumblr is great if you're only going to post pictures because they make it really easy for you. It's great too because you can gain followers and more people see your work. Even if you do use a free-hosted site (Tumblr, Blogspot, Wordpress), you always have the option to use your own url still, so it could still look professional.
Good luck (:
