Someone was selling a desk with hutch for cheap, so I picked that up and made it into my vanity. I also have a spice rack hanging for extra products.

Right now I'm using a regular computer desk as a vanity...its working all right, but I've really been wanting an actual vanity, since the shape of my desk doesn't lend itself very well to being used as one. I fell in love with this one from Bed Bath and Beyond: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=17540262 but I'm waiting for the price to go down or for a coupon. :)

my moms ex had his own carpentry business and he made a huge desk, so when we moved I took it over and now use it for my makeup table. There is plenty of room on it so I'm good for now. As for a mirror I use ones from my makeup palettes... I'm getting the Vanity Girl one later this year.

I honestly just use the top of my dresser as a vanity. My grandpa made it for my mother, and she passed it on to me. I just placed big enough mirror on top, secured it, and voila! Since I do store clothes in the shelves, I have a matching wooden tower to the side of it, which has baskets and drawers to organize everything. = )
