if you see or have seen [which im sure we all have!] a person who has made a major beauty faux-pas [foundation lighter than their skin, lipliner thats darker than the lip colour, eyelash glue showing, extension clips visible, spider lashes, etc], my question is-tell them, or keep your lips zipped? both in person, online, youtube, wherever.

for me i think it depends what it is.. some people deliberately go for some of these looks.. still all wrong but you know..

also list some of your biggest pet peeves if you like when it comes to this kinda thing!!

my biggest offender when i see it is the lipliner thing.. so outdated! like the brown lipliner with the frosty nude gloss that was all the rage when i was thirteen.. its amazing how many people still wear that.. a woman walked into mac one time i was there and asked for i think it was Myth [which most of you know is super light and nude coloured] and then i cant remember what the liner was called, but it was like chestnut brown.. the mua just looked at her like "are you for real?".. i also hate seeing lash glue.. shudder.. line over top of it or put them closer to the lash line.. neither require very much effort.. herp derp. I also hate it when people buy the wrong colour foundation and they know its a mismatch, so they paint alllllll over their ears, face, neck, right to their collars of their shirts.. yeep...

Here's another discussion on the same topic. :D

If it is someone I know, I absolutely do. Otherwise, I don't know how that person will react. A lot of people get really super defensive. Honestly if something looks terrible on me a stranger walking down the street telling me would be kind of cool.

There is this girl I know that uses one color of bright eyeshadow all the way up to her eyebrow and she wears glasses. She tries to match the eyeshadow color with her lipstick. It is disgraceful.
