I haven't blogged about this yet but I'm taking a look on the pro site and saw this among the current promos.

I just got off the phone with a local distributor (West Coast Beauty Supply) and she has no idea if they're getting this or not.

So I went hunting for more info and it turns out this actually came out in early 2011. Why China Glaze pro site has it out as a quarterly promo item NOW, no idea. I've contacted my distributors and no one ever carried it, not among them. So no idea. I've contacted China Glaze and asked them about it though.
