@Jessica M. I've done a comparison on both a while back and posted here at Beautylish. Only the Spring/Summer Neutral Book was a dupe for Naked. The other neutral books (and I have two other versions) are not the same.

i bought mine and used it once and swapped it on makeup alley definitely better palettes out there that you can use day to day but its you preference i love urban decay shadows but i need alot more matte ;)
