It is very pigmented. Unfortunately, for my hooded eyes, it melts without a great primer. In the end, it blends and washes the colors out.

Thank you ladies. I purchased it and I love it<3 I as well hooded eyes, and I really like it with urban decay primer potion in Eden.

Her shadows have lots of fallout... but if you can get past that then it's good~
