So, Bloom.com is having a "spend $70 or more and get $40 back!" and free sgipping on $49 or more. Today is the last day! But I am checking out and ready to place my order but I am not getting the $40 off! I am in the last step and all I have to do is hit ok. What should I do? (my total spendings are $74(w/out the $40 off)
