I'm looking for very pigmented. Eye shadows I prefer shadow palettes rather then the individual I want my my Colors to pop not look so dry.

i'd say you'd be good with any of the 88 or larger palettes they have so many great pigmented colors...

it also depends on how much you want to spend... MAC has great pigmentation and so does Inglot and from both companies you can make your own palettes to suit your own needs!

On the more drug store end WetNWild makes amazing 8 pan palettes that have tons of color and are really pigmented!!
