Hey Gigi!

I have purchased from Cherryculture.com twice and have never had any sort of problem with them. They allow you to always track the status of your order from the moment you place it online and they also send you a "your order has shipped" email! During a sale the products may take a little longer to ship but that is probably just because of the mass amount of orders they are filling, but nonetheless, my products always arrive when they should in tip top condition as they are tightly bubble wrapped and packaged well.
