i came across spa week's post the other day because i was looking for some cool honey recipes and i wanted to try this. mixing honey and water is supposedly going to make your hair soft and shiny.
what you need:
- a spoonful of honey
- 3 cups of warm water
mix together- don't worry, your hair won't be sticky because it's so diluted. after shampooing, pour onto hair and don't rinse it out. use as a conditioner. let dry and that's it!
results?
it made my hair softer when it was wet but when dry, my hair was drier than if i use conditioner. BUT, it made my hair so much easier to comb! even after 2 days, my comb barely gets stuck running it through my hair.when i use my regular conditioner, my hair would get a little tangled when it dried. it didn't make my permed hair more definied though. next time i shower my head, i'll do this step AFTER rinsing out conditioner.
you guys should try this out and lemme know how it goes! :)
