Hi! I am a consultant but this is why -I love, love the creators of Proactiv's new line Rodan and Fields. The AM is Anti-Age Triple Defense Treatment SPF 30. It is full of 3 different Peptides, optical brightener and incredible Spf. It is not greasy. I used to hate moisturizers because they would make my skin oily after make up. This does not do that :)
PM is Anti Age Restorative Cream which stimulates collagen production and is Ultra Hydrating. Again, they are not oily and have made a huge difference with my skin. They have all been featured in this months Vogue, Allure, and Self.

I the morning: Philosophy Miracle Worker AM soution + Aveeno Positively Radiant w/SPF 30 or Clear Complexion (no SPF).
At night I use Olay Regenerist micro-sculpt or Aveeno Positively Radiant anti-wrinkle. For the eyes: Burt's Bees Royal Jelly eye cream or Olay eye serum and I always put a layer of Burt's Bees classic chapstick on right before bed!

Thank you guys and Angela, I wonder how Burt Bees works? I always wanted to try the Olay Regenerist as well.

Olay claims that Regenerist is "just as good as the expensive night creams.." Welll.... I don't know about that- but it's def better than just ok. I went crazy and bought some La Mer and can't be convinced Olay is better than that....
Burts Bees products are pretty amazing but not all of them are my favorite (I pretty much hate the radiance collection). What's great about Burts is that most products are 99% natural and they don't test on animals.
If you want to try Burt's these are my personal favs: Classic Lip Balm, Peppermint and Rosemary body wash, Peppermint foot lotion, Carrot day cream, Marshmallow vanishing cream and Royal Jelly eye cream (i think they discontinued these tho.. bummer), Orange Essence face cleaner, Tomato toner, Lemon cuticle treatment, Lemon body oil, and the hand salve.. which I use on my whole body!! I'd skip the hair treatments and I can't say I've tried alllll of the rest of the products- but the ones I've listed are tried and true!
