Forever 21 sells a lot of leggings. Wet Seal, American Apparel, & Urban Outfitters have nice ones also.

I just get under $10 ones from Target. I go through leggings a lot so I don't want to invest in high end ones lol

If you have a TJ Maxx or Marshall's near you they usually have a large selection of leggings for good prices.

My favorite legginfgs are from Kohls from the Apt. 9 Collection. It was $12 however, but has lasted me through many washes and wears!

For those of you that have long legs like I do, try Jacob... they have great leggings!!!
