I get small pimples on my back and I don`t know how to lessen or remove them. Any help ?

Back acne can be the result of many things including not washing your back properly since it's so difficult to do so in the first place. I highly suggest getting a long, angled, back scrubber brush with bristles not the loofah type. I bought one at my local ShopKo for under $4 and it's the best $4 I ever spent because the angle is perfect to scrub my back without trying to get into weird positions just to get to those hard to reach areas.

When you wash yourself, take a small washcloth and attach it to the brush scrubber. The bristles should hold it in place as you wash your back. Any body wash will do but if you want, after you wash your body the first time with body wash go back and use a facial cleanser meant for acne and repeat. Make sure you rinse out the wash cloth first before repeating.

This should help clear up your back acne, if it doesn't see a doctor who can prescribe acne medication.

Also remember to wash the brush before hanging it up to dry. Disinfect at least once a week with a diluted bleach-water mixture, let air dry by hanging it up with the bristles.

Try using soaps that have less perfume and are geared towards skin moisturizing. I use dove and it has helped my skin alot, and I use plain old unscented vaseline. I used to have alot of acne and get eczema - and eliminated heavily perfumed lotions, laundry detergents etc. drank more water and so on. my skin has improved considerably.
