I wanna set up a blog convention

Hi guys, I really would like to set up a international blog convention.. where all blogger come together and share tips on beauty, fashion, lesson on how to market your blog.. etc... I have never done anything like this before. so if anyone is interested in helping . it would be soo great to here from you..
