I have shopped there the only flaw to me is that it takes forever to get your items but other than that great quality!!!

i actually also just purchased my first item off hautelook.. and have also heard it takes forever to get the product to you.. but for the price - i'm not complaning lol as long as it gets to me LOL ;) im still waiting for my blush!

I was actually really excited about Haute Look, but their shipping costs to Canada eat up most of the savings. It was such a let down.

I ordered once and never again. When they had their huge Urban Decay sale I got some pigments and a blush. It took 4 weeks to get my products, when I did my blush was broken, and all the boxes were bent. Before I ordered I didn't know they had to order from the actual company then they have to wait for said company to ship to hautelook, then hautelook ships it to customer. Thats why it takes forever. I love the prices, but the wait time ruins the experience for me.

i'm sorry about your experience kristen, mines were very well wrapped in bubble wrap and came in about 2 wks. i didn't think it would take 4 wks. that's crazy!
