Hi Beauties,
Is the ELF Studio Stippling Brush any good as a finishing brush for use with loose powder? Read a lot of positive reviews for liquid application, but wonder if this will stand in for Laura Mercier Finishing or MAC Duo Fibre brushes.
Please advise!

Personally, I think the ELF Stippling Brush is better for liquids and creams, rather than powder. It's just the type of brush we're talking about.
