NYX eye lid primer in white or NYX Jumbo eyeshadow pencils- they have a bunch of colors that help colors pop. i love milk, lemon, orange & yogart! but then again i love them all!
Cherryculture.com or ulta carries them!
Coastal scents Gel liner pots are actually amazing bases and also make your eyeshadow pop! peach bellini i use alot!
The loreal HIP shadestick or paint if you can find them still i randomly do, are awesome and are just like MAC

I would say get a small bottle of the Urban Decay Primer potion that is eight dollars...
I ran into the same problem a few months back when I was hunting for something to make up for my full sized tubes of the UDPP since I left my makeup bag at the airport :(
I didn't want to purchase another full sized ones for the three weeks I would be on vacation, since I do have a depotted one at home.
I ran to Sephora and tried to see what I could pick up.
I suggest buying the small tube. It will last you a long time... I use mine every day and it has been four months now.
Even better try out the one in Eden, which I find to be much better than the original since it has a white under tone to it.

Well, this product is kind of expensive. I think it's around $16? But oh my word. This is literally the best primer anybody has ever made. Not to many people know about it, but it's called Lime Crime Primer. Absolutely gorgeous product, and it'll last the whole day without a doubt.

Elf..its a $1 and AMAZING!! I do make make up ill see MAYBE a crease ONE IF ANY maybe like 8 hrs later! Really its awesome.

Palladio eye primer is around $8 at Sally Beauty or Ulta.
Wet N Wild Fergie's eyeshadow primer in "take on the day" is only $5 at Walgreens.
Maybelline color tattoos serve as good bases and don't necessarily need primers but I like using a primer just to take extra care.
