I use leave in conditioners. After u get out of the shower put alot on and leave it on for a few hours then rinse it out with cold water you'll feel its already softer :)

I had a english professor last year and her hair was almost to her butt. we all (girls asked) how she got her hair healthy and to grow so good she said she would get regular trims and only used conditioner because shampoo strips all the natural oils from your hair which damages your hair. deffently use a hair mask and let it sit in you hair for awhile try the Macadamia natural oil deep repair mask a lot of people says it works awesome and if you have to use shampoo try a sulfate free one

Yep I love joico revitaluxe as well!!! Joico has worked the best on my hair and I have had thick course hair and it is so soft and getting healthy again!! I also tried a cider vinegar rinse and it makes my hair unreal love it!!!!

Hey Hun I'm going through the same thing you are, damaged hair tryna grow it lol and honestly best thing to use is a moisture/stimulating shampoo and a moister conditioner follow up with a leave in oil or a once a week vitamin mask I use the trio ICON India products comes with a pearling shampoo and a deep avocado and amber conditioner I also use the India oil the stuff is amazing my hairs fine and damaged and it helps not only with heat but keeps it moisture a without making it oily. I sell it at the salon I work at stuff goes off the shelf in seconds it's amazing!

Unrefined extra Virgin coconut oil - make sure your hair is clean prior to application. No product should be in your hair. The oil will penetrate better. It's best to leave in overnight.

Do a Deep Conditioning once a week!!! I love Aussie 3 Min. Miracle. I leave it in for about 5-7 mins and i put a shower cap on. Take a blow dryer and apply heat to your hair. After 5-7 mins is up, rinse with cool water

For a cheap solution I used the new tresseme split ends reconstruction conditioner with a got2b deep conditioner and my hair bounced back with just a couple uses and I wa having the same problem

Carols daughter has a really good product called monoi and you leave it in your hair for 15minutes under dryer if you have one but don't overuse this product as ive found it can cause more breakage if used weekly just once a month or once every two weeks😊

Bed head treat me right hair mask. It says to leave in for 5 minutes. When I first started using it my hair was so dead I left it in for about 15 or 20 minutes. After rinsing you could already tell it had started to work! I love it because I blow dry and straighten my hair daily and it leaves my hair moisturized soft and less frizzy!

Theres this good conditioning treatment with argan oil that I used when my hair was damaged. I had read that argan oil helps stimulate healthy hair growth and make hair smooth and shiny as well. So i bought one online called the Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan oil system. So far it has worked really well to strengthen and smooth my hair. I recommend it a lot now!

I love mixing 1 avocado and equal parts honey and olive oil for a deep treatment 😊leave it on for at least 30 min for it to absorb and even better if you wear a shower cap to trap in the moisture 😃

My tip is to cut the dead ends off and then start taking prenatal pills. They make your hair grow fast! But go for something organic. I use Trader Joes prenatal and my hair ha grown soo fast
