A lot of people have been raving about the Lady Gaga Skeleton look from her Born This Way video, I think that one would be really cool, If I was dressing up this year I would consider going as that one lol
I have heard a lot of people are being peacocks this year maybe something along those lines or story book characters like alice in wonderland, the red queen, and mad hatter as always fun and popular too.

Thank you all for the ideas! I'm actually going to turn my boyfriend into Edward Scissor Hands! I actually started to record a Zombie makeup tutorial... then my camera died.. so I just finished doing the look without recording it haha. I will be trying out a lot of these ideas!
