That's happened to me a couple times, didn't know what it was but I applied moist heat to my eye several times a day and stayed away from applying makeup for a few days and it cleared up. Andrew had a good suggestion...maybe you have sensitivity to a new product? (Like the new profile pic, by the way, Andrew B). If it keeps bothering you, go see your doctor cause if it turns out to be conjunctivitis you'll need some meds. :( Hope it feels better.

You should try getting an over the counter pink eye solution or sty it could be a sty from what it sounds like those are really painful and sometimes go unoticed during the first days! Also make sure your not sleeping with your contacts this could give you an eye infection I had one of those it was the worst thing ever!! I had to wear glasses for 2months bc I could not handle the pain of putting my contact in. Once it was healed though I was happy of course lol.
