I kinda get bored around New Years Resolution time, because I feel it's so cliché to start working out, eating healthy, etc like the rest of the world, and doesn't feel as rewarding. So a friend and I have both decided to make a list of 5 things to start doing immediately and beat the rush of New Years bandwagoners.
Mine is as follows:
1. Make time for nighttime skin care/haircare routine, no matter how tired I am or how much I want to get on beautylish when I get home. ; )
2. Working out again/eating healthier.
3. Turn feelings of discouragement, into motivation.
4. Make more time for my friends and family.
5. QUIT wearing sweats unless I am at home, or working out.
I know these seem kind of lame, but I think they are all important to me in some way or another. = p
So I challenge you all to pick 5 things you would like to change in your lifestyle, beauty related or not, and start doing them as soon as you possibly can. For all those that partake, I would love to hear your 5 cause it maybe something one of us may have forgotten!
xoxo Cameron
