I need some tips to cover up bruising around the eye. It is actually my mom who got the bruise, and since I am going to visit her tomorrow, she asked me If I had something that would cover it. And I don't really have any color correcting concealers or any concealer that has that kind of coverage. So I have been thinking about trying to correct it with orange or yellow (depending on if it's more blue or more purple bruising) eye-shadow or nyx jumbo eye pencils, then use a regular concealer or foundation over it.. Do you guys think that would work?Any better suggestions? I am able to go buy some products before I see her, but I don't know what to look for. I'm sorry but specific brands wont help me much as we don't really have all the same products here in Norway as for example in America. So I'm looking for more like textures and color.. I really hope that you guys have some great tips for me, because I feel kind of lost here, haha!

Oh no! I hope her eye doesn't hurt much! :( I think a primed area before concealer should definitely work on the eye.If you are going to use shadows make sure that they are matte shadows. If you have something similar to fix plus, then perhaps it may make the application more similar to a color corrective concealer? I think topping that with a medium to full coverage concealer should work. Let us know how it works out for you. I'd be curious to know if eyeshadows would work for that stuff.
