How do you bring the audience to your blog?

I've started blogging not that long ago. I really enjoy it, but my main question is - how do you attract people to you blogs? I'd like for you to share your tips and your blogs: http://cherrypearls100.com

I personally don't have a blog but i'm in the marketing program so I have a few ideas.

- Post links on different websites like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (if you have them and any other websites)
-Advertise on makeup forums
-when you post a blog, post a link to that blog on these websites.
-if you review a product or do a tutorial or anything, ask the viewers what they want to see. This gives them the opportunity to see what they have been wanting to see and will get them to come back.
-perhaps look for websites where people are looking for a good beauty blog and mention yours to them. They will definitely check it out.

I just quickly typed this up so I hope some of them help :P =)
