Best Matte primer

I would be grateful if you could recommend a good mattifying primer.
My skin gets very shiny and I need something to keep the oilies at bay at least for a few hours longer.
And my skin is very prone to breaking out as well.
(The price doesn't really matter)

tarte clean slate :) it's sort of pricey ($30) but a little goes a long way!

MAC's Matte texture cream.

For a non-silicone option I'd recommend Korres Vitamin E face primer.
