Hi ladies,
Hope everyone is doing well! So I'm on the hunt for a good waterproof black eyeliner. As we all know, summer is approaching and I wear eyeliner on the daily, so I need your help!
I'm looking for the best waterproof a) pencil liner, b) gel liner, and c) liquid liner. Please tell me which of these is smudge-free!
I've heard of Urban Decay 24/7 liner, but I'm not about to spend $20 on it unless I really have to :-|
Any help is greatly appreciated! <3

Personally, I think the $18 price tag for the Urban Decay 24/7 pencil is totally worth it. It truly is waterproof and there is such a wide range of colors. For gel liner, both the MAC Blacktrack Fluidline & Bobbi Brown long-wear gel liner in Black Ink are absolutely fantastic. I'm not sure if they're waterproof, but they don't smudge at all. I don't know of a liquid liner that is waterproof, but I'm sure there are plenty! :)

Clinique has a really great eye pencil. Not sure how much it is though. My friend wears it all of the time when we are swimming it doesn't budge a bit!!! I don't really know about the other two categories. I'm not sure if you're really set on the cost but Makeup Forever has these new liquid eyeliners that were actually tested on swimmers! It didn't budge! So, those are definitely waterproof! I'm not sure about the gel liner, besides MAC's fluid line, but I don't know if those are swim proof. Ha, not even sure if you're going for "swim proof eyeliner" but I figure if it's "swim proof" then it's good enough for any other reason!

wow thank you brianna i wear contacts and my eyes water and are very sensitive i have tried about every eyeliner there is high and low prices i am going to try th ud out ;)

I use the Extreme Art Liner from Gosh, it's a liquid liner that is extremly waterproof. Suitable for people who wear contact lenses, a good cry and a day in the water.. After a day hanging by the pool and swimming it still looks like you just applied the eyeliner. They have 'em in 12 different colors.
