One of my middle school-aged viewers on Youtube requested that I do an everyday makeup tutorial. Honestly, I usually use my Naked palette or Coastal Scents palette for such looks, but I wanted to go for something more affordable and accessable. I am currently debating over getting Wet 'n' Wild's Comfort Zone palette or an appropriate neutral e.l.f. quad. What are your thoughts?

The Wet n Wild palette. 8 colors for $4.99 is a great deal! The palette is great & has amazing pigmentation. :)

Choosing between the two go with Wet 'n' Wild simply because their products are more consistent. I love ELF but their lighter shades tend to be chalky and not very well pigmented while WnW is more consistent in texture. PLUS WnW can be bought at Walgreens and RiteAid at 50% or B1G1 Free (which essentially makes the items 50% off, lol).

Wet N wild palette! You can get Wet N Wild at almost any drugstore, and you can only find elf online and at some targets. Also some ELF eyeshadows tend to be chalky and not pigmented. Wet N Wilds eyeshadows never fail at being pigmented!

Wet n Wild for sure! I was extremly hesitant at first with Wet n Wild since they never appearred to be a a brand that wowed me. But that has changed it is one of my favorite brands now. Their Eyeconic palettes with 6 shades great especially the lust palette, the mattes are great! The new 8 palettes have less mattes I think there maybe 1 with a matte black and thats it. But the palettes are nonetheless great!

Thanks everyone! Based on the feedback (and my original instinct), I will most likely be going with the Wet n Wild palette, but I still plan on purchasing some e.l.f. quads from time to time when I go to Target because they can easily fit in a makeup bag for travel and they're dirt cheap.

as far as elf goes, i love the primer, liquid liner, gloss, and blush. I've had hit or miss eyeshadows, as the PP mentioned. all of the wet n wild shades i have are uber pigmented. the vanity palette would be great for an everyday look and is very accessible.
