Hey! I was just wondeirng how to get my nails to grow longer fast! I've been using the Nutra Nail 5 To 7 Day Growth stuff, & it's working, but I just bite it right when there's a tip--please help! I tried the bad tasting nail polish-everything! I know that if I get longer nails really fast, I won't check them 'cuz they're too pretty! Please help ASAP!

Try getting a glass nail file. I suggest always keeping it with you so when you get the urge to bite the nail off, just file it. Glass nail files are more gentle on your nails than regular emery boards. I also suggest keeping polish on your nails. Choose your favorite color and paint your nails. That way, you won't want to ruin your manicure by biting it. Good luck with your nail growth!

Start chewing gum more often! Sounds silly, I know, but everything you're doing combined with the fact that your mouth is already busy will reduce the occurrence of nail biting. Also if you're able, take up a manual craft, like knitting or sketching. If your hands are busy you won't think of biting your nails quite as much.
